Cancellations made one week or more prior to your event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than one week before the event will receive a prorated refund based on the timing of the cancellation.
Customers are responsible for protecting all rental equipment from weather conditions, including rain. If any items are damaged due to exposure, the customer will be held liable for the full cost of the damage.
Coast Party Rentals, Inc. does not permit the use of staples, tape, or other adhesives on any rental equipment. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. A minimum $10.00 charge will apply for the removal of staples or tape from tables. We appreciate your cooperation.
All rental items must be cleaned, neatly stacked, and placed back into their original containers before pick-up. Special pick-up arrangements — such as same-day, after-hours, or other non-standard schedules — may incur additional fees.
Delivery is available for an additional fee. We deliver to locations that are ground-level, easily accessible, and within reasonable walking distance from our truck. If your delivery requires special handling or setup, extra charges may apply. Setup services are also available upon request for an added fee. Please arrange in advance if setup is needed.
Rental items are expected to be returned the day after your event. We allow a one-day grace period. If items are not returned within this timeframe, daily rental charges will apply until all items are returned.
